The 2012 Oscar nominations were just announced, and I was happy to see that two of my favorite movies Bridesmaids and The Help received huge nominations. The Help has been favored to win a lot of awards most recently winning big at the Golden Globes. Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer were nominated for Best Actress and Best supporting actress after an outstanding performance in the movie. The 84th Academy Awards was supposed to be hosted by Eddie Murphy, but after he backed out Billy Crystal is set to replace him on February 26th. Congrats to all the nominees!
