Trouble In Paradise For Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug?
Seems there is trouble in paradise for the weirdly close pair!
At a recent Rich Gang show Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug did not appear on stage together -screw face- the pair opted to fly solo hitting the stage separately and just when the crowd thought Young Thug would join Quan on stage to perform their hit Lifestyle “bay” did NOT come out.
Fans are expecting to see the entire Rich Gang perform together at a Rich Gang Tour date, after all it is what they’re paying to see, but that’s not what they were treated to on Sunday night. Birdman did however hit the stage with “lover” Young Thug we can’t imagine he feels some type of way towards Rich Homie Quan but with all the messiness coming out of that camp and Lil Wayne’s recent waiting exhale moment, would it be too far off to think Birdman might be the common denominator if the two are now quarreling?
Rich Homie Quan went on record to say that the current beef between Lil Wayne and Birdman was just that and he didn’t plan on intermingling in the feud:
“Like I said, man, I really didn’t know what’s going on in that situation,” Quan said in an interview. “Me and Birdman’s business is me and Birdman’s business. Thug and Birdman business is Thug and Birdman’s business and so f*cking so on. Me and Birdman talked about that situation but I’m not going to put y’all onto their business or whatnot. We had words about it. Other than that we can’t do nothing but move forward — I’ve got nothing but respect for Wayne, he’s still my big brother regardless. Bird’s still my uncle regardless.” (VLAD TV)
Recent pictures of the two together on Young Thug’s Instagram have “disappeared” and we haven’t really seen any new pictures of the two appearing online. We’re told words were exchanged backstage at the show, so, it would appear that bay ain’t bay no mo’!
Quan spoke with Sway on Shade45 at the end of 2014 fielding questions about his sexuality and addressing the rumors that the two were gay saying; “First and foremost I try not to get into all the comments, because it be so many, but at the same time I see them. If I respond back to that, that’s what they want me to do,” Rich Homie Quan said when asked about gay rumors. “Everyone in Atlanta know me and Young Thug is not gay. With Thug it’s different, it’s just his slang. I don’t take nothing of it or nothing. I know I ain’t gay, everybody know I ain’t gay… I get a joke out of it, ’cause it’s just so funny how people will take anything and run with it.”
But when it came to their relationship musically he said they record around 15 collaborative tracks a week. Whether you believe the rumors about them being gay or not a breakup wether romantically or musically could mean no more Rich Gang.
